We can not slim down healthily if we do not change in the first place his eating habits. When it comes time to slim down healthily, we must draw on the diction "You Are What You Eat". In short, it means that you become what you put in your body. To get thinner healthily, simply reduce the consumption of foods with empty calories, which already prove very healthy resolution.

WHAT IS A CALORIE EMPTY?

The foods we eat provide us with energy which is measured in calories. However, one must distinguish good calories absorbed bad.
