Why all the diets I tried end in failure?



The food additive MSG (Monosodium Glutamate on) is a slow poison.
MSG hides behind 25 or more names, such as seasoning (aroma) natural.

MSG is even in your favorite coffee at Tim Horton and Starbuck!

I wondered if there could be an actual chemical causing the massive obesity epidemic, and this is what John Erb.Il was research assistant at the University of Waterloo in Ontario , Canada, and spent years working for the government. He made an amazing discovery by reviewing the scientific journals for writing his book The Slow Poisoning of INDUSTRIAL COUNTRIES.

In hundreds of studies around the world, scientists were creating obese mice and rats to use in tests of studies on schemes or diabetes. No strain of rat or mice is naturally obese, then scientists must create them. They make these morbidly obese creatures by injecting them with MSG from birth.

The MSG triples the amount of insulin the pancreas secretes, causing obesity in rats (and perhaps people). They even have a name for the fat rodents they create: "MSG Treated Rats".

When I heard it, I was shocked. I went into my kitchen and I checked the pantry and refrigerator.The MSG was in everything:

- Campbell soups, Hostess Doritos, the Lays flavored potato chips, Top Ramen, the helper Betty Crocker Hamburger, the Heinz canned gravy, frozen prepared meals Swanson and Kraft salad dressings, especially low in calories.

Items that did not mark MSG on their product label had something called "Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein," which is just another name for Monosodium Glutamate on.

It was shocking to see how much food we feed our children every day was filled with this substance.

MSG is hidden under many different names to fool those who read the ingredient list, so they can keep up. (On the Other names for MSG are in English: "Accent", "Aginomoto", "Natural Meat Tenderizer (Attendrissant to Natural Meat)", etc.)

But it did not stop there. When our family went out to eat, we started asking at the restaurants what menu items contained MSG. Many employees, even the managers, swore they did not use MSG.

But when we ask for the ingredient list, they we provide, under obviously reluctantly, MSG and Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein were everywhere.

Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, each restaurant even better quality restaurants like TGIF, Chili's, Applebee's and Denny's use MSG in abundance.

The KFC (Kentucky fried chicken) seemed to be the worst offender:
MSG was in every chicken dish, salad dressing and gravy. No wonder I love eating this layer on the skin - their secret spice was the ... MSG!

So why is MSG in many foods we eat?
Is it a preservative or a vitamin?

Not according to John Erb. In his book "Slow Poisoning of America", it stipulates that MSG is added to food for the addictive effect it has on humans.

Even the propaganda website sponsored by the lobby group for food manufacturers supporting the use of MSG explains that the reason they add it to food is to eat more people.

A study of the elderly showed that older people eat more when the MSG is added to food. The combination of the lobby group for the MSG says eating more is a good thing for older people, but what does it do to the rest of us?

"I pledge to you that you can not eat one (Lays chips advertising)" takes on a whole new meaning when the MSG is involved!
And we wonder why the nation is above healthy weight!

MSG manufacturers themselves admit that it addicts people to their products. It makes people choose their products rather than competitors and done eating more people than if the MSG had not been added.

The FDA has set no limit on the amount that can be added to food. They claim it's safe to eat in any quantity it.

But how can they claim it is safe when there are hundreds of scientific studies with titles like these:

No, the date of that last study was not a typo; it was published in 1978. Both the "medical research community" that "manufacturers in power" knew the side effects of MSG for decades.

Much more, studies mentioned in John Erb's book link MSG to diabetes, migraines and headaches, autism, ADHD, and even Alzheimer's.

So what can we do to stop food factories to this MSG, fattening and addictive in our food supply and causing the obesity epidemic we now see?

There are several months, John Erb presented his book and his concerns to government officials of the highest health in Canada.
While he was sitting in the Government office, the official told him, "Of course I know how bad MSG is, I would not touch this stuff." But this senior official refuses to tell the public what he knows.

The big media does not want to tell the public either, fearing problems with their sponsors. It seems that the fallout on the fast food industry may hurt their profit margin. The food producers and restaurants have made us dependent on their products for years and now we are paying the price for it. Our children should not be cursed with obesity caused by an addictive food additive.

But what can I do about it? I'm just a voice! What can I do to stop the poisoning of our children, while our governments provide financial protection for the industry that is poisoning us?

This message is sent to each of you hoping to let you know the truth businesses, politicians and the media will not tell you.

The best way you can help save you and save your children from the epidemic caused by this drug (MSG) is sending this article to everyone.

With any luck, it will circle the globe before politicians pass legislation protecting those who are poisoning us.

The food industry has learned a lot from the tobacco industry. Imagine if big tobacco had a bill like this in place before someone has denounced nicotine?

We, the public, do not be rats in one giant experiment and we do not approve want food that makes us into a nation of obese, lethargic, addicted sheep, feeding the food industry base while we awaiting heart transplantation, amputation caused by diabetes, blindness, or other disorders caused by obesity such as mortality.

Denounce MSG is our responsibility, then spread the word.
