Fruit diet (part 2)




In the preceding section fruit diet, I have debunked some misconceptions in regard to fruit and weight loss. Indeed, no fruit can make us lose weight but by cons, they include well to a healthy diet when you want to lose weight. Finally, I demonstrated why fruits cures could make us lose weight. To lose weight, simply eat well and regular physical activity. For starters, good eating habits are the key.

INCREASE YOUR FRUIT CONSUMPTION TO LOSE WEIGHT

To lose weight, try to eat at least 5-10 fruits and vegetables per day including 3 fruits. Three fruit is GREAT but two is LOW.

GO WITH FRUIT FOR FRUIT JUICE

WHEN YOUR EATING FRUITS

We have all heard about the antioxidant benefits. To lose weight and have in abundance, focus on blueberries and plums for example. You can literally eat a rainbow sky each day. How?
You just have to think about the colors that make up the rainbow sky and choose a fruit that corresponds to each color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.

At the grocery store, buy at least 5 different varieties of fruits: whether fresh, frozen or canned, all methods are good to include!
